Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting GeoMallett.com. The following contains a detailed description of our shipping practices and guarantee. 

USPS and UPS.  

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days of receiving orders.

Orders placed on the weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Costs within the U.S. are $9.45 with free shipping over $45.00.

Packing

Packing boxes and packing material are mostly repurposed. It is all clean and come from a non smoking and pet free environment. This is in order to help keep our prices low and to help mother earth. 

Where Do We Ship

We ship to the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska).

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows delivered to the address provided, but is  missing, report the lost items within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic) or 3 weeks of placing your order (international). Once we  have been notified that your package is lost, we will inquire and  attempt to have it recovered. If the package is completely lost, we will reship your order (if it is in stock), but shipping charges will apply.

We are not liable for packages that are delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
